Preparation of Technical Proposal for Etlik Integrated Health Campus in association with Studio Altieri S.p.A. for Astaldi – Türkerler Joint Venture

HANTEK, in association with STUDIO ALTIERI from Italy, is selected by an international JV short-listed to provide technical expertise and consultancy services for the “Preparation of Technical Proposals for Tender of the Work of Construction Works and the Provision of Products and Services for Etlik Integrated Health Campus through Public Private Partnership Model”, tendered by Ministry of Health of Turkey under its Public Private Partnership Programme.
Health complex consisting of Main Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital, Psychiatric Hospital, High Security Criminal Psychiatric Hospital with a total 3056 patient beds together with other social and commercial facilities, with a total construction area of approx. 1,100,000 sqm.
Services which are provided by HANTEK together with STUDIO ALTIERI for the short-listed international JV composed of preparation of a New Design Proposal, architectural design together with all associated designs of other engineering disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, structural, fire safety and security, IT, medical gases, material distribution, waste disposal, medical equipment, landscaping and related technical reports, technical specifications, bills of quantities and physical model of the facility, all with contemporary techniques and with the utilisation of sustainable and renewable energy, conservation and saving of the environment considerations.
As a result of auction tender open to public on June 30, 2011, the proposal given by ASTALDI SPA (Italy) and TÜRKERLER Co. Inc.(Turkey)Joint Venture, where HANTEK in association with STUDIO ALTIERI had prepared the technical proposal, has been found the most favourable and tender commission has started further detailed assessment of the financial model of the winner JV. Contract has been finalized yet.
